  In order for businesses and organizations to transform into high performance organizations, change agent skills must be developed.  Managers and external consultants alike are often required to facilitate organizational health.  Assessment, diagnosis, intervention, team building, and coaching of key organization personnel are required tools. Emphasis on practical methods for the development of various types of organizations is a major focus of UW-Stout's People Process Culture center.
