Your mind matters!

Amanda Barnett, Ph.D., and Cristy Linse, Ph.D., co-facilitated an interactive session on the benefits of adopting a growth mindset and learning how to utilize storytelling as one tool for developing and maintaining a growth mindset as we age.

We recorded the Healthy Minds at 65+ presentation for a positive view of how your own aging process can add healthier years to your life. Storytelling can enhance brain development and increase your feelings of social connection with family, friends, and your community. It is never too early or too late to share your story and learn from others.
