Colleen Etzbach, Rh.D., CRC, LPC is a professor and the Program Director for the undergraduate Rehabilitation Services and undergraduate Criminal Justice and Rehabilitation programs. She teaches in the undergraduate programs and the Rehabilitation Counseling master's program. Dr. Etzbach earned her doctorate from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in 1995 and taught at Emporia State University prior to joining the faculty at UW-Stout. Her work experience has included working in the private rehabilitation sector with injured workers, automobile liability, and vocational expert services. She has also worked as a state Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and provided counseling and case management services in the public sector.
