I've had the honor of teaching at UW-Stout since 2015 in the areas of Golf, Hospitality, and Real Estate! I strive to put my students first in the classroom. Using real-world applications so students can apply what they learn in the class into future success as a professional. I've been a licensed real estate broker since 1993, President of a family-owned real estate company, AUM $3,000,000, Chair of the Board of Review-City of Menomonie, Chair of the Community Revitalization Loan Committee-City of Menomonie, Historic Review Committee Member-Downtown Menomonie and Real Estate Sales volume over $50,000,000. Regularly attend IREM & NAA National Conventions with student club members. I also mix different teaching methods to match the diverse ways people learn. "Carpe Diem" is a class mantra that I use. And I want every student to understand to "not be afraid to fail". Failing is how we learn. If you're not failing, you're not even trying! This concept goes far beyond just a grade in a class but is the cornerstone of success! #welivehospitality #stoutproud
