The UW-Stout Foundation Board of Directors is the fiduciary body of the UW-Stout Foundation. The Board is responsible for supporting the mission of the Foundation and consists of a regular membership of up to 30 elected directors. Once elected, a Board member serves as a regular director for a term of three years.
