Caring for your well-being remotely

The Counseling Center is modifying operations in response to COVID-19 and will continue to deliver compassionate and confidential services, educational programs, and resources. If you have questions about other campus operations in response to COVID-19, please visit the university's official site.

As of March 23, in-person counseling services will transition to 30-minute phone consultations using Microsoft Teams. Clients with existing appointments have been emailed, though if you wish to schedule a 30-minute consultation, please call (715)-232-2468.

Transferring Care

To transfer your care to one of our licensed and trained counselors, please have your current mental health practitioner send your treatment summary to the Counseling Center for review and processing.

An initial appointment will be scheduled to discuss care needs, answer questions about services, and complete any forms to ensure records are current. Subsequent appointments can be made following the initial appointment.
