Colleges, Graduate School announce annual teaching awards

Ten members of faculty, academic staff recognized for efforts in 2020-21
August 31, 2021

The work of 10 classroom instructors during the 2020-21 academic year has been recognized by University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Three professors were honored in each of the academic colleges, along with one outstanding faculty member from the Graduate School.

The colleges coordinate the selection of honorees via an internal process while the Graduate School award is based on graduate student feedback.

Instructors across campus faced special challenges during the academic year because of COVID-19. “Our faculty and instructional academic staff worked tirelessly to help students persist and navigate an extremely dynamic year. It is an honor and pleasure to celebrate these awardees as we kick off another academic year,” said interim provost Glendali Rodriguez.
