Maggie Rouman is an educator and instructional designer whose work is grounded in educational neuroscience and practical leadership principles. She holds a Master's Degree from DePaul University, complemented by certifications in e-learning, instructional design, adult learning, and Process Designed Emotional Intelligence (PdEI), alongside training in positive psychology. As a member of Phi Kappa Phi and founder of the Chicago Area Brain Network, she is passionate about fostering intellectual curiosity and community engagement. An avid explorer of educational technology, she actively seeks out new tools and innovative ways to incorporate them into her teaching, with the goal of creating more engaging and effective learning experiences. Her extensive experience includes serving as a learning specialist and instructional coach in both K-12 and adult education settings.
