You don’t need to be standing to reap the benefits of yoga. Increase your posture, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reduce stress, while performing postures and breathing exercises with the aid of a chair. Loose fitting work wear or workout gear is recommended. This class is free for all to participate in.

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. This class will increase your heart rate and allow you to push yourself to your max.

A cardio-based, athletic-style workout that combines the best of HIIT and strength moves designed to help you get fit fast. Each high-energy workout is packed with cardio drills, plyometrics, and bodyweight strength moves that help you get lean and strong.
MetCon is short for metabolic conditioning or what we might traditionally think of as high-intensity work. This high intensity, full body interval style workout is designed to train stamina, endurance, and conditioning.
This yoga is great for unwinding at the end of the day. The class is free for all to participate with a Stout ID. The class is a collaborative effort between University Recreation and University Housing.
A form of interval training with 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated for a set number of times.
Leave feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed through this Hatha Yoga style by practicing breathing exercises and body awareness through deep stretching and the rhythm of Sun Salutations in a calm environment.
