Intramural Sports

Intramural Sports serves more than 3,500 participants annually on campus. It provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to remain active by competing in their favorite sport or try something new. Whatever level of play you are looking for—recreational or competitive—Intramural Sports has something to offer! 

Intramural Sports Play Pass

Students who would like to participate in Intramural Sport activities must first purchase the Intramural Sport Pass. These passes can be purchased on the IMLeagues or the UW-Stout Recreation app in the following formats:

• $30 Year Pass: This pass gives participants access to all Intramural Sports activities, events, and programs for the fall and spring semesters. You can purchase this from the start of the fall semester through Thanksgiving.
• $20 Semester Pass: This is ideal for participants who will graduate at the end of the fall semester or for participants studying abroad for one semester. You can purchase this pass at the start of each semester.  
• $8 Single Sport/Tournament Pass: Participants can purchase a single sport/tournament pass up until Intramural registration closes for the block or tournament. This is ideal for participants who would like to participate in one league or special event. 

Block 1 Intramural Offerings

Registration is open August 17 - September 10 until noon. Sign up on IMLeagues website or the UW-Stout Recreation app. Apple Store Google Play. The season runs September 14 - October 8, 2026. Championship Week will be held the week of October 12.

Block 2 Intramural Offerings

Registration is open October 5 - October 22 until noon. Sign up on IMLeagues website or the UW-Stout Recreation app. Apple Store Google Play. The season runs October 26 - November 19, 2026. Championship Week will be held the week of November 30.
