Project SEARCH was developed at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in 1996. Since its inception, Project SEARCH has grown internationally encompassing a network of sites. The primary objective is to secure competitive employment for people with disabilities.
Project SEARCH is a nine month internship program that includes hands-on learning as well as classroom time to gain employability skills.
