Welcome to Antrim, Froggatt, and McCalmont (AFM) Hall! Home to primarily returning and transfer students, AFM offers a welcoming community where residents can build connections and make the most of their UW-Stout experience. Students in the Honors College can also live in the Honors Community, located on the third and fourth floors of McCalmont Hall.
AFM combines classic residence hall living with updated spaces, including refreshed carpet and paint throughout the building. McCalmont Hall features air conditioning, an elevator, and a small kitchen on each floor, while Antrim and Froggatt offer a more traditional residence hall experience. All residents have access to laundry facilities, full kitchens in the basements, and study lounges on every floor.
Located on South Campus and within easy walking distance of academic buildings, AFM makes it easy to get to class, connect with friends, and take part in campus activities. Whether you're studying in a lounge, spending time with friends, or getting involved on campus, AFM provides a comfortable and community-focused place to call home.
Room Size & Layout
The plans below show the general layout and dimensions. Individual halls vary slightly from this standard. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific room measurements. A futon needs to be 79" or less to fit within the loft frame.
AFM Double Room
The room is approximately 11' x 15' with a ceiling height of 7'8". Each room includes two adjustable bed lofts, two dressers, two closets, two moveable bookcases, two desks, and two desk chairs. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided in each room.

Antrim and Froggatt Triple Room
The room is approximately 19'10" x 10'10" with a ceiling height of 7'8". Each room includes one adjustable loft bunk, one adjustable bed loft, three dressers, three closets, three movable bookcases, three desks, and three desk chairs. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided in each room.

McCalmont Triple Room
The room is approximately 25'6" x 11' with a ceiling height of 7'8". Each room includes one adjustable lofted bunk, one adjustable bed loft, three dressers, three closets, two non-movable towel bars, three pedstals, three movable bookcases, three desks, and three desk chairs. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided in each room.
