Summer Living
For summer stays, students choose to live on campus because it is hassle-free. Utilities, garbage collection and lawn mowing - it's all included!
Summer Housing is available to:
- Registered Summer 2026 students
- Current students who have a 2025-2026 and/or a 2026-2027 Housing contract
- International students
- Students with on-campus summer positions
Applications available by April 1 on the Housing Gateway. Please submit applications at least 3 business days prior to requested arrival date.
Summer 2026 Contract Dates

| Sun, Aug 2 @ 10am | Contract ends for individuals not living on-campus for Fall 2026 *if you have an extenuating circumstance and are requesting a later stay, please contact our office |
| Sat, Aug 22 @ 8am | Summer contract ends for individuals living on-campus for Fall 2026 |
Summer 2026 Contract Rates
- Nightly Rate of $14
- (as example, a student with a 26-27 contract who stays May 15, 2026 to the start of their fall contract move-in period will stay 99 nights for a total of $1386 for nights stayed)
- There is a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00 for initial reservations.
- A $30 processing fee for EVERY canceled or changed reservation.
