Dive deeper into how to maximize revenue and make your home stand out to potential guests. Kate will provide design and staging strategies and tips for choosing furnishings and amenities. All attendees will be provided with a checklist of essential items to have in your short-term rental. We will discuss some of the tax and other financial benefits of owning a short-term rental, and tools for automating operations such as communication, scheduling, and pricing.
Kate is an Airbnb Superhost and VRBO Premier Host with over 200 5-star reviews for the properties she owns and manages. She and her husband purchased their first short term rental in Florida, intending to rent it to offset the costs until they would move there in retirement.
