Lean Legos Simulation

ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training
This course will provide a detailed review of the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and the proof that should be available to the auditor. Attendees will perform practiced audits using an organization’s department documentation to learn how to audit, be audited and record the results, and will leave with true-to-life auditing experience.

Lean Series
Participants will complete five full-day workshops that include hands-on simulations and individual project mentoring by a UW-Stout MOC project manager. Following these initial sessions, mentors will help coordinate an on-site lean project. In the final, sixth session, each project is presented to peers and lean experts to gain valuable feedback and insights for future lean implementation at your company.
Following the training, participants will have demonstrated the ability to employ applied knowledge to real-world situations and are ready to lead their company through ongoing improvements that directly affect the bottom line.
