10 to 1 camper to counselor ratio
Camper showcase celebration for families and friends on Thursday, June 15th/July 13th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
$475.00 overnight camper registration fee includes:
Staying in one of UW-Stout's campus dormitories, linens provided.
All meals on campus
'College life' experiences
Nightly camp activities include video and board games, UW-Stout Challenge course, crafts, movies, and more.
$ 325.00 day camper registration fee includes:
Sunday afternoon, June 11th/July 9th activities
Monday to Thursday cafeteria lunches
Day camper drop off is 8:15 AM and pick up is 4:00 PM

Week 1 June 11-15:
All cancellation notices must be received in writing (email is acceptable). A full refund will be granted through June 1, 2023. Cancellations on or after June 2 and through June 9, 2023, will be granted less a $30.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made on or after June 11. Substitutions may be made any time prior to the start of the program.
Week 2 July 9-13:

Cancellations on or after July 2 and through July 7, 2023, will be granted less a $30.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made on or after June 11. Substitutions may be made any time prior to the start of the program.
Program changes and cancellation:
The university reserves the right to make changes in programs and activities or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each attendee if a program is not held for any reason. The university's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
Scholarships are available through the generosity of the following school districts:
Eau Claire Area School District (CURRENTLY FULL)
Children who live in the Eau Claire district or attend an ECASD school qualify for the ECASD scholarship which covers the full cost of admission.
School District of Menomonie Area
Campers are able to register as day campers at no cost. The overnight camper fee is $150 for the full camp experience. Students must live within the School District of Menomonie Area to qualify.
Additional Scholarships:
Other STEAM sponsors make it possible to cover the fees of additional campers. If you are interested in applying for these scholarships please fill out this brief survey which will ask you to explain why you would like to attend camp and what that experience would mean to you. Scholarship recipients will be notified within 10 days of applying.
Grantsburg School District
Six individuals who attend the Grantsburg School District qualify for the Parker scholarship which covers the full cost of admission.
