The University of Wisconsin System created the Wisconsin Tuition Promise to provide underserved Wisconsin students an avenue to attend UW System universities without paying tuition or fees.
The Wisconsin Tuition Promise provides up to four years of tuition and fee funding for eligible undergraduate students enrolling at any of Wisconsin's public universities (other than UW-Madison). The program is structured to provide “last dollar” financial support after accounting for federal and state grant aid and scholarships. (Tuition Promise awards will vary by individual student.)
