Residence Hall Maintenance

If this is a building emergency, such as a flood, contact a Housing Staff member immediately.
For emergencies where you need fire, ambulance, or police services, CALL 911.

If you have a room temperature or humidity concern, check out the Room Comfort page 
to see if your concern can be resolved prior to submitting a maintenance request.

If the power is out in your room, please contact Housing Staff
(either your RA or call 715-232-3333) and we may be able to assist you sooner.

Staff will be arriving Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm for non-emergency repairs. 
(You are not required to be in your room while work is being completed)

Tips for Completing a Maintenance Request
  • Fill out the request COMPLETELY.
  • Double check that you have selected the correct building and room.
  • Under "Request," be VERY detailed in your description and location.
  • If you have any questions, contact your RA, Hall Manager or RLC.
  • Need a room number? Check out your hall's floor blueprints on the Housing website.
